In the year of 2010, the department of Information Science and Electronic Engineering has cultivated large quantities of qualified scientists and engineers, a total number of 447, including 250 undergraduates, 165 graduates with master degree and 22 Doctors.
The original employment rate of undergraduates reaches 97.13 percent. Among them, 87 graduates choose further study at home, accounting for 34.8 percent of total graduates, of which 62 students are recommended for postgraduate without examination as well as 25 are admitted by graduate admission exams, while 53 go abroad for further study with the ratio of 21.2. Meanwhile, 104 implement direct employment, including 16 orientated students, constituting 41.6% of them and 6 unemployed, unfortunately.
The original employment rate of masters is up to 100%, of which 7 graduates go for further study abroad and 1 at home. As for doctors, the original employment rate also achieves 100% while 3 of them continue to pursue post-doctoral.
