At the 14th Chinese Conference on Complex Networks, TU Haicheng, a PhD. student from ISEE, won the prize of the best student paper as the first author (advisor: associate professor XIA Yongxiang) of the academic paper Optimal Robustness in Power Grids From a Network Science Perspective. Based on the actual power network model, this paper proposes several key topology indexes from the perspective of network science, analyzes the relationship between network topology and power network robustness, and verifies the universality of the simulation results by using the intelligent optimization method.
The 14th Chinese Conference on Complex Networks was successfully held in Chongqing on October 12, 2018, with more than 600 participants. The conference is the highest level of the national academic conference in the field of complex networks in China.
