The 11th International Conference on Wireless Communications and Signal Processing (WCSP2019) will be held in Xi'an on October 23-25 this year.
This is an international academic conference approved by the Ministry of Education and the IEEE and co-organized by IEEE Communication Society, IEEE Communication Society Nanjing Chapter, IEEE Signal Processing Society Nanjing Chapter, China University of Science and Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University,etc. It is a platform for demonstrating academic results, school-enterprise exchanges, and understanding of peers. The conference will invite well-known scholars at home and abroad to make keynote reports. As in previous editions, the papers accepted and presented in this session will all be entered into the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and submitted to EI Compendex.
