Brief Intro:

The Institute of Intelligent Systems and Chips (IISC) mainly engages in research on key technologies including analog, digital, hybrid, and radio frequency integrated circuit (IC) design, electronic design automation, and domain-specific IC and its system applications. The IISC has made remarkable progress in the fields of high-precision digital-analog hybrid and low-power IC design, computing-in-memory processor design and its intelligent security, mobile health sensing, and smart human information processing. Through the integration of industry and education, the IISC has broken through technological bottlenecks in response to major national and industry needs, and promoted the industrial application of academic achievements in IC design and system innovation of artificial intelligence algorithms, mobile embedded devices, cloud-edge collaboration in typical fields, e.g., healthcare, wireless communication, computer vision, security encryption, and smart grids.
